Back in Vancouver

Have now returned to Vancouver after a few days in Whistler. Whistler is amazing but more importantly we have now seen some wild bears, racoons, chipmunks and starfish!

Have spent the first night in a 'proper' youth hostel and the place stinks of stale piss so we've been drinking in the bar below enough alcohol to not care about the smell.

We've managed to scale the dizzy heights of Whistler Mountain, which is an acheivement considering our fear of heights. Heading off to the Rockies tomorrow.

Wow, it looks amazing. Tony, you look a proper Ray Mears in that canoe! Soon you'll be able to start a fire with some socks and a garden hose.
